1. The service

BookliBookings is an online appointment platform: customers book appointments with businesses (barbershops, nail studios, spas and similar), and business owners manage their calendar, clients and business page through a paid subscription.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate contact details. Confirmations and reminders go to them.
• You are responsible for keeping your password private.
• We may suspend accounts used for abuse, spam or fraud.

3. Bookings

• A booking is an agreement between you and the business. BookliBookings provides the tools, not the service itself.
• Cancel appointments you cannot attend as early as possible; repeated no-shows may limit your ability to book.
• Businesses may cancel or move appointments; you will be notified by SMS/email.

4. Business subscriptions

• Plans are billed monthly (Standard ₪150, PRO ₪200, Premium ₪300, VAT included) or yearly with 10% off.
• New businesses get a free trial period. After it ends, an active plan is required to keep taking bookings.
• You can cancel any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

5. Content

Business owners are responsible for the photos, texts and prices they publish. Do not upload content you don't have the right to use, or anything unlawful or offensive, we may remove such content and suspend the account.

6. Liability

BookliBookings is provided "as is". We work hard to keep the service running and backed up daily, but we are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, cancelled appointments, or disputes between customers and businesses.
