1. What we collect

When you use BookliBookings we collect the information needed to run your bookings:

• Account details: name, email, phone number.
• Booking details: which business, service, staff member, date and time.
• For business owners: business name, address, phone, photos you upload, and business registration number.
• Reviews you choose to publish.

2. How we use it

• To create and manage appointments, and send SMS/email confirmations and reminders.
• To show your business page to customers (business accounts only).
• To let business owners contact their own clients about appointments.
• To keep the platform secure (login protection, audit logging).

3. What we never do

• We never sell your personal data.
• We never share your phone number or email with other businesses you haven't booked with.
• Your appointments are never visible to other customers.

4. Data storage & retention

Data is stored on our servers with daily backups. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting support. We will remove it within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

5. Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage only to keep you signed in and remember your language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your rights
